VW BEETLE MICROSITE
I created a “microsite” focusing on the history of the Volkswagen Beetle, an object I have studied and researched extensively. Drawing from content from Wikipedia and my own research, each page describes a period or subject of the Beetle’s “life” in consumer culture. This was the first website I coded from scratch, using HTML, CSS, and JQuery. The site is completely responsive for all screens. I included a slide down menu for easy navigation. I am still working on making the site’s experience as seamless as possible, as there are sometimes bugs on mobile—I am always trying to improve it! Below is a link to the site, as well as screenshots of the different pages.
HINT PRODUCT PAGE DESIGN
Advised team on integrating new product sizes into existing product pages and product listing pages. Advised to implement a button option to allow users to select the size of product they want. Additionally, as a part of that process I advised implementing a button selection for selecting flavor as well as size to make shopping for product easier and make conversion smoother for the customer. I created wireframes, below, to show the team what this could look like. When Hint launched 1-liter bottles, the size selection option was implemented, while the flavor selection option was implemented prior to the 1-liter launch.
